The Layout Book Series is a collection of Workbooks for Comic, Manga, and Webcomic Creators & Artists.
• The Comic Layout Book contains dotted boxes proportional to 11-inch by 17-inch Western format comic book and graphic novel artboard requirements by publishers such as Marvel, DC Comics, Image Comics, Dark Horse, and other popular Western comic and graphic novel publishers. The dotted boxes are designed for layout sketching of single pages and double-page spreads of Comic Books and Graphic Novels. The dotted boxes can also be used to sketch ideas for cover art and commissioned pinup projects.
• The Manga Layout Book features dotted boxes proportional to Clip Studio software’s Shueisha, Kodansha, Kadokawa, and Shogakukan preset digital manga canvas boards. (257mm x 364mm / 10.12 inches x 14.33 inches) The dotted boxes are designed for storyboard sketching of single pages and double-page spreads of Manga and Doujinshi books. The dotted boxes can also be used to sketch ideas for cover art and commissioned pinup projects.
• The Webcomic Layout Book includes dotted boxes designed for vertical scrolling format Webcomic episodes.
All Layout Books come with an Instruction page to help get started using the dotted boxes on each page and lined pages for project development notes.
